Manage Donor details by capturing the minimum required information.

  • Login with your credentials.
  • Click the Donors menu option.
  • Click the Add button on the Donor screen
  • Enter First name:  required field, it must be filled in.
  • Enter Last name:  required field, it must be filled in.
  • Click Save.
    • Donor is created successfully and the Address details portion displays.

Collecting Donor Profile Details

  • First Name: First name of the Donor.
  • Middle Name: Middle name of the Donor.
  • Last Name: Last name of the Donor.
  • Email Address: Email id of the participant.  It is unique.
  • Date of Birth: is for capturing the Donor's date of birth.
  • Communication Preference: Donor's preferred way to be contacted for future campaigns.
  • Phone Number: an optional field that is the phone number of the Donor.

Donor Address

Each Donor can have an Address.  Click to add Address Details.

  • Click the Add button on the Donor Address Section.
  • Add Address  screen displays.
  • Address Type:  Users can choose the type of address.  Primary, Alternate or Anticipated Address.
  • Address Line 1: Fill the Street address.
  • Address Line 2: Fill Apartment or House Number.
  • Zip: Fill the 5 digit US Zip Code
  • City: Fill the City name
  • State: Select the State name
  • Click Save.
