Locations

Participating Food Pantry locations can be tracked in the system using the Locations feature.

  • Login with your Access.
  • Click the Food Bank menu option.
    • It will expand to display additional options.
  • Click the Locations menu option.
    • Location Listing will display.
  • Click the Add button on the Location screen.
  • Enter Location name.
    • Location names  are checked for exact matches.  Duplicates are not allowed if a match is found.
  • Click the Save button.
    • Location is created successfully and the Address details portion displays. 

Location Address

Each Location can have an Address.  Click to add Address Details.

  • Click the Add button on the Location Address Section.
  • Add Address  screen displays.
  • Address Type:  Users can choose the type of address.  Primary, Alternate or Anticipated Address.
  • Address Line 1: Fill the Street address.
  • Address Line 2: Fill Apartment or House Number.
  • Zip: Fill the 5 digit US Zip Code
  • City: Fill the City name
  • State: Select the State name
  • Click Save.
