Products

Keep track of the products in the inventory or define monetary values for campaign donations.  Users can enter two TYPES of products: Food or Monetary.  Food products are to track pantry inventory whereas Monetary products are to track Campaign or monetary donations made.

Define Products

• Login with your Access.
• Click the Admin menu option.
  • It will expand to display additional options.
• Click the Products menu option.
  • Product Listing Page will display.
• Click the Add button on the Products screen.
  • Product screen displays.  Users can enter two TYPES of products: Food or Monetary.  Food products are to track pantry inventory whereas Monetary products are to track Campaign or monetary donations made.
• Enter Product Name
  • Product Names are checked for exact matches.  Duplicates are not allowed if a match is found.
• Enter a Description (optional)
• Select a Category (optional)
• Select a Type (required) as Food or Monetary.
  • For Monetary products, the integration with Stripe must have been defined.  See appropriate section to define the Stripe integration.
• Click the Save and Continue button to add more payment  entries without leaving the screen.   OR
  • Click the Save and Exit button to go back to the Product listing page.
