Reviews

Reviews allow Case Managers to assess or create a self sufficiency matrix for each Participant.

  • Login with your credentials.
  • Click the Client menu option.
  • Click the Profiles menu option.
  • Enter Client name in Search Box
  • Click Search
  • Click Edit on the matched record listed
  • Click Reviews Tab
  • Click Add button Reviews tab
  • A new screen displays
    • Select Staff
    • Enter Review Date
    • Click Continue
  • Review Screen displays

There are many tabs on the screen each corresponding to a self sufficiency review form.  

Each tab has a set of questions related to that self sufficiency review.  Users can easily identify the required field on the questionnaire by red star (*) next to the label.  Required questions have to be filled out in order to SAVE the form.
