Appointments

Appointment gives an easy way to keep track of your day to day schedules.

How to add an appointment

  • Login with your Access.
  • Click the Appointments menu option.
  • You will see the appointment calendar.
  • In order to add an appointment, click on “Add Appointment” in the upper righthand corner.
  • Fill in the appropriate Appointment Title and Description.
  • Select the location of the Appointment.
  • Select the date/time of the appointment.  
  • You can set up a one-time appointment or a recurring schedule. Indicate if the appointment is repeating or not.
  • Appointments can be marked as an all day event if applicable.
  • Select your attendees. You can select multiple attendees.
  • click Save

How to view existing appointments

  • Login with your Access.
  • Click the Appointments menu option.
  • You will see the appointment calendar.
  • You can view the calendar in a multitude of ways - by month, week or day.  You can even view it as a schedule.
  • The Today button refocuses the calendar to the current day.
  • The Left and Right Arrow keys allow you to navigate the calendar by month, by week or by day.
  • At any point, you can click on an appointment and expand it to see the details of the appointment – date, time, names of attendees, location, and description.

How to cancel appointments

  • You cancel appointments from the detail page by clicking the cancel appointment button on the top part of the page.
