Distributions
Track the food distribution distributed at a pantry location.
- Login with your Access.
- Click the Food Bank menu option.
- It will expand to display additional options.
- Click the Distribution menu option.
- Distribution Listing will display.
- Click the Add button on the Distribution screen.
- Add Distribution screen displays.
- Enter Date: defaults to current date but can be changed.
- Search and select the Location: start typing the name of the pantry; the list of matched names will display, choose the appropriate location name from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress.
- Search and select the Client: start typing the name : first name followed by last name. The list of matched names will display, choose the appropriate Client’s name from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress.
- Search and select the Product: start typing the name of the product; the list of matched product names will display, choose the appropriate product from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress.
- Select the Units: Identifies the unit of product received as part of the distribution. Select appropriate value from drop down.
- Enter Quantity received.
- Enter Net Weight in pounds (lbs) if available.
- Enter value per unit of the product distributed if available.
- Search and select Fund Source: start typing the name of the product; the list of matched fund source names will display, choose the appropriate fund source from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress. Multiple fund sources can be associated with a distribution.
- Search and select the Program: start typing the name of the program; the list of matched program names will display, choose the appropriate program from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress. Multiple programs can be associated with a distribution.
- Search and select the Campaign: start typing the name of the campaign; the list of matched campaign names will display, choose the appropriate campaign from the drop down. The blue indicator next to the box indicates search in progress.
- Click the Save and Continue button to add more donation entries without leaving the screen. OR
- Click the Save and Exit button to go back to Distribution Listing.
