Often organizations work with partner organizations for services not covered by their programs. Referral Management feature provides a way to maintain a directory of such organizations (e.g. Referral Establishments) in the system. Users can easily search for Establishments and Services provided using the Referral Search feature. They can track the participants they have referred to each Establishment and the status of such referrals.
