Case Management

 

Case Management features are available based on the license type. 

• A user with BASIC license access can enroll a Client and record details on household, budget.  They can set goals for each client and upload and save any supporting document.
• A user with ESSENTIAL license access can complete Client Enrollment and Engagements as well as track services provided to each client.  
• A user with PLUS license access has full access.
